北京师范大学功能语言学研究中心（以下简称中心）是北京师范大学一个非实体性的科研机构，专门从事语言的系统和功能究，理论与应用并进，培养本方向的硕士研究生和博士研究生，接纳具有相关研究兴趣的博士后研究人员和访问者，为有关部门提供咨询服务。中心同时接受北京师范大学社会科学处和北京师范大学外国语言文学学院管理，与外国语言文学学院其他研究机构为密切协作的学术伙伴关系。
The Centre for Functional Linguistics at Beijing Normal University (BNU) (the Centre for short) is a non-entity natured research institute of BNU. It pursues the study of language systems and functions with equal attention to both the theoretical and application explorations. The Centre also exerts efforts to foster students of MA and PhD programmes, and accepts postdoctoral research fellows and visiting scholars with relevant research interests. It also provides advice and services for any department or community who finds useful in its studies and findings. The centre receives administration of both the Department of Social Sciences and School of Foreign Languages and Literatures of BNU while maintaining intimate cooperative ties with other institutes within the School. |
